Clay Treatment

I am also a big fan of clay, which I did tested on my own skin, with very good results.
Becoming more and more interested I found out that clay is one of the most natural elements used by humans for its medicinal properties. Therefore it is said that clay is the intelligence of nature.
It knows to act there where is needed.
Clay contains many minerals: aluminum, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, selenium, cobalt, manganese and is found in different colors: green, white, red, yellow, pink or blue.

Clay masks are used since ancient times. Major cosmetic companies are selling products with clay  for big cash, in view of its remarkable properties as:  strong reegenerator , remarkable absorbing and antitoxidant power, posses healing  and antiseptic virtutes.

Jean Valnet Paper proposes in his book a simple recipe: on a small grater, grate a small cucumber, then squeeze through a fine sieve. In this juice put a teaspoon of clay. Leave 15 minutes, until a thick , but very soft, paste forms. Spread all over the face (including eye area) and left to dry. Shall be removed by washing with warm water. The effect is absolutely spectacular. Repeat once a week. Clay Mask has an astringent effect, removes blackheads, treats acne, removes wrinkles.

Pay attention! Clay should not be prepared in plastic or metal bowls. It can be prepared in glass or porcelain dish and mixed with a spatula, of these two materials, or even with a wooden stick.

Calendula Cream

Why use sophisticated creams when nature gives us the most natural ways to preserve our beauty without the intervention of technological factors or other "medical tricks".

Almost a year ago, I went to a cosmetic treatment and, unfortunately, at just two weeks after that, my face filled with zits. I tried to get rid of them with all sorts of creams and masks. Some of them as long as I used gave results, but as soon as I quit, zits reappeared. So I gave up completely and I refocused to calendula ointment. And well I did!

Why is it so good for treating zits and other skin problems? Because it has antibacterial, antiseptic and healing effect.

You must know that this cream is very fat so it will soften perfectly the skin and therefore one of its primary function is to moisturize in-depth.
Regarding the application, we must be careful because is such a fat cream and for the skin can breathe after applying, must be spread very well, not applied in excess, a thin layer being more than sufficient. Hence another advantage! One small container of this wonder-cream will give us an usage long enough.

Yes , calendula cream is fantastic!

I have read and documented a lot about it.

This product is natural, without artificial preservatives or shady ingredients. Has in its composition only marigold flower extract, petroleum jelly, lanolin, wax and lavender oil. Because of nutritious substances, cream stimulates the skin cell development.

Does wonders for mild burns (even sunburn), as its aim is to speed up the healing and recovery. It is very good on winter when the skin is easily affected by wind and cold.

Advice!   Because it has a high content of petroleum jelly (which is recommended even for lip care) can be used as lip balm or, whatever, lip care cream and lip gloss at the same time. Hydrates very strong and does not dry on the long-run (unlike other special products) and, in addition, will offer you a very nice sheen. Can be used in combination with lipstick, by applying a thin layer, for getting a glossy lips look and, most importantly, a fully hydration.

Neither the soles and heels of my feet were not left untouched by this cream and several times I applied and massaged well, then I put my feet in thick socks and stayed so until next day in the morning. When I woke up my feet were like a baby’s skin. So, also for people with very dry and cracked heels, this cream applied every night really makes miracles.
